Second Obstruction: Construction Time Lapse
Second Obstruction: Time Lapse
A two week design + build course for Dalhousie Architecture. Shot on location on Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Quebec.
A short, two-minute time lapse of the “raising” of the project — one arm at a time. Shot over the course of three days, it also depicts the sharp changes in the environment and weather.
The Second Obstruction is a two week Design + Build course led by Professor Roger Mullin that took place between July 16-27 on Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Quebec.
The installation is a Land Art piece described as a type of "proto-architecture". It is the second in a series of iterations that feature 80 Buoys mapped on the land// this is THE SECOND OBSTRUCTION.
